We are seeking an experienced Production Planning & Performance Lead to take ownership of production planning, inventory accuracy and material availability while driving manufacturing efficiency and delivery performance across our Dudley Park operations.
This role is critical in ensuring production plans translate into disciplined execution on the factory floor while maintaining accurate systems, inventory integrity and raw material availability to support uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage daily, weekly and medium-term production plans across manufacturing lines
Drive production plan adherence and Plan vs Actual reporting
Lead weekly production planning and scheduling meetings
Identify capacity constraints across labour, equipment and materials
Maintain and manage Bill of Materials (BOMs), product routes and production data within ERP
Ensure inventory accuracy and stock integrity within the ERP system
Manage raw material purchasing and stock availability to support production plans
Work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service and Production teams
Monitor raw material consumption and forecast requirements
Manage production and raw material forecasts based on customer demand
Ensure adequate raw material availability to prevent production disruptions
Maintain accurate production schedules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP
Track and report production performance, DIFOT and schedule adherence
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure delivery requirements and customer commitments are met
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP system
Strong understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning and supply chain coordination
Experience managing inventory accuracy, BOMs and production routes
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
Ability to work closely with production teams and supply chain stakeholders
A structured and disciplined approach to planning, forecasting and problem solving
