General Practitioner Role
We are seeking a General Practitioner to support the delivery of high-quality care to patients and the community through our new General Practice Clinic in Kalgoorlie, partnered with the Curtin Goldfields University Department of Rural Health (GUDRH).
About You:
* You will need to have prior experience working in General Practice and hold your Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Medical Registration, along with specialist qualifications of Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM).
* The role requires a strong commitment to quality patient outcomes-focused care and teamwork.
About the Role:
1. Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients by providing meaningful preventative care and health promotion to help patients manage their health within the community.
2. Provide clinical support to General Practitioners, Primary Health Care Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Allied Health Practitioners, and students where applicable.
3. Create a collaborative work environment that promotes multi-disciplinary teamwork and clinical excellence.
4. Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and procedures to ensure high standards of care.
5. Have an interest in educating the next generation of clinicians and provide clinical training opportunities for students.
6. Promote and maintain collegiate relationships with local medical and education facilities.
Key Benefits:
* Total Remuneration Package up to $475,000 + relocation support.
* Competitive Annual Salary Package: Base Salary up to $340,000 AUD per annum, pro rata based on FTE.
