Overview
The Grosvenor Hotel is looking for a passionate and energetic Chef / Chef De Partie (no student VISAs) to join our historic inner-city pub. Offering both full-time employment at award rates.
We are looking for a team who will primarily work on the grill ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency. However, you will need to be capable of working all stations, confident in the training of the team and be able to effectively manage stock ordering.
Our kitchen runs on good people and a team, a love for food and produce is a must and the rest can be taught to the right chef.

What We're Looking For
* Experience: You\u2019ve got at least 1 year of chef experience in a commercial kitchen within a busy restaurant; char or flame grill experience is beneficial.
* Leadership: We need someone who can lead, inspire, and keep the energy high.
* Commitment: We're looking for someone in it for the long haul. If you're ready to grow with us, develop yourself and leave your mark on one of Perth\'s oldest Pub\'s, we want to hear from you.
* Education: A Certificate III Commercial Cookery/ Patisserie Qualification is beneficial.
* Availability: Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
* Safe Work Practices: A strong focus on food hygiene, safety systems and holds a Food Handling Certificate.
