Support Professional
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a Support Professional, you will be delivering a wide range of domestic supports within customer residences, supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals, and ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed.
About the Role
You will be working as part of a team to provide personalised and people-focused support, teaming up with our customers to help them unleash their full potential. This role requires extensive experience in supporting customers with behaviour support needs, following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans with consistency and professionalism, and managing complex or difficult situations with patience and maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering domestic supports within customer residences
* Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals
* Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed
* Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in supporting customers with behaviour support needs
* Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is essential
* Ability to manage complex or difficult situations with patience and maturity
* Valid Drivers Licence
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Clearance
