Job Description
* Manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in stock management.
* Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in line with operational policies.
* Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
* Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve performance goals.
* Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline supply chain processes.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment.
* Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance and KPIs.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Warehouse Manager Should Have
* Previous experience in warehouse management within a fast paced industry.
* Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management systems.
* Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements.
* Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.
