Job Title: Senior Clinical Operations Lead
The successful applicant will be responsible for the operational management and leadership of nursing/staff to ensure the provision of high quality patient and family centred care and nursing/midwifery excellence at unit/ward level.
This role is responsible for ensuring that patients receive high-quality, compassionate care in a safe environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive post-registration experience in a relevant clinical area with clinical management experience in a tertiary/district health care facility.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient outcomes
* Leading and managing teams to achieve organisational goals
* Providing clinical guidance and support to staff members
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements:
* Current unencumbered registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
* Extensive post-registration experience in a relevant clinical area with clinical management experience in a tertiary/district health care facility
* Experience in intensive care service and management
* Ability to work a rotational roster (early, late and night shifts)
* Must hold a working, valid Australian visa
