We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior / Mid-Level Family Lawyer to join the growing Gold Coast team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent law graduate or someone with a few years of experience to gain valuable exposure to all aspects of family law. Responsibilities: Assist senior lawyers with a range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, child custody, property division, and spousal maintenance. Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and draft correspondence. Attend client meetings, take instructions, and provide legal advice. Liaise with clients to keep them informed of the progress of their case. Assist with preparation for court appearances (as your experience grows). Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail. Skills and experience: Admitted to practice law in Queensland or NSW. Strong academic record in law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly motivated and results-oriented. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
