Senior Client Services Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Senior Client Services Manager to step into a key support role within an accounting and financial planning business. This position will work closely with advisers and the administration team to ensure smooth workflow, excellent client experience, and consistent advice delivery.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is a genuine self-starter, confident managing client services, and comfortable managing workflows, and adviser support.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and mentor the administration team
* Manage the adviser client list and maintain high service standards
* Handle advice support and ongoing client service tasks
* Diary management
* Prepare and coordinate documentation, meetings, and follow-ups
* Liaise with internal team members and third party providers
* Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment
About You
* Strong experience in financial planning administration or client service
* Excellent communication, workflow management, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to thrive in a busy, collaborative environment
* A strong team player
* Proficient with Xplan
