Your role within our dedicated Business, Integration and Strategy branch will allow you to:
* Identify new funding opportunities
* Write tenders and grant applications
* Undertake market research
* Research and apply modelling for new social enterprise and business proposals
Job Description
We are seeking an applicant with experience in grant and tender preparation, service model design, business development, and/or social impact and entrepreneurship. Ideally, applicants will bring a combination of experience or a capacity to adapt skills between the fields, with a strong interest in contributing to positive social change.
This is a 0.8 FTE (4 day per week) position to be based from our Tweed Heads offices with work-from-home arrangements available.

We are looking for a passionate individual with a desire to make a difference. The successful candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in business, social impact, finance, or statistics
* Experience in preparing and presenting grant and tender submissions, market and business intelligence, and research and identifying market expansion opportunities
* Comprehensive understanding of trends and opportunities within the human and community services sector
* Excellent writing, communication, and negotiation skills, with evidence of the ability to build networks, relationships, and partnerships with potential funders, donors, and project partners
* Demonstrated well-developed organisational, time management, and administrative skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
