KPMG Community Care works with organizations across the disability, aged care, community care, EAP, mental health, and youth and family services sectors to deliver technology solutions that empower care providers and enhance service delivery. Your Opportunity
As a member of our Community Care team, the Power Platform Developer you'll work closely with clients and internal teams to design and implement intuitive, user-centred solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will also be responsible for:
- Gather and analyse business requirements to design effective Power Platform solutions, tailored to the unique needs of human services sectors. You are passionate about the importance of fantastic communication to share ideas, inspire, and create change.
- Configure and customize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Pages, and Power Automate workflows to improve day-to-day workflows and user experience.
- Manage security roles and data permissions, ensuring solutions comply with privacy standards and sector-specific regulations.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and other collaborative tools to improve team connectivity and productivity.
- Deliver user training and ongoing support to encourage solution adoption and long-term success

- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (365CE), including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and custom pages.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy within cloud-based business applications.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into clear, functional configurations that non-technical users can adopt with ease.
- Familiarity with the operational context and challenges in sectors like disability support, aged care, mental health, or community services is a strong advantage.
