Position Summary: The Export Information Management Coordinator(Management Coordinator) is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and managing export-related data and information to support the organization's international trade operations. The role involves supporting the organisation’s international trade activities through effective data management, compliance monitoring, process optimisation, and stakeholder communication. This position ensures the smooth execution of export operations by leveraging digital tools, analysing workflows, and enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of information exchange across internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate communication practices related to export operations and recommend enhancements to ensure timely and effective engagement with clients, logistics providers, government agencies, and internal teams.
* Leverage digital systems to monitor the status of export orders, maintain accurate compliance records, and support real-time decision-making across the export function.
* Analyse current export workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements that enhance data accuracy, processing speed, and regulatory compliance.
* Design and refine structured methods for maintaining comprehensive records of client interactions, order histories, shipment progress, and issue resolution outcomes.
* Coordinate the timely exchange of critical information between internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, compliance) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Prepare detailed export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensuring adherence to all relevant international trade regulations.
* Monitor changes in trade regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures, and provide timely updates and guidance to relevant stakeholders.
* Produce regular export performance and compliance reports with insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
* Support the implementation and optimisation of digital trade and export platforms to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
* Contribute to strategic export planning initiatives by providing accurate data and trend analysis to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum a Bachelor’s degree is required.
* Solid understanding of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and export documentation requirements.
* Strong proficiency in digital tools and systems used for export tracking, data analysis, and compliance management
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proven ability to develop clear communication protocols and maintain effective cross-functional and external collaboration.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced export environment.
Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in export operations, international logistics, or trade compliance.
* Demonstrated experience in digital process optimisation, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder coordination in a global trade context.
Salary-$74,000 to $85000(Plus Superannuation) Position-Full time
