* Gladstone based role working at the McCosker Head Office
* Monday to Friday 12-month maximum term engagement
* Competitive rate of pay

This position will provide effective efficient and quality support to the HR team and contribute to implementing HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. There are opportunities for on-the-job learning and development. This will include :

* Assisting with workplace and employee relations matter.
* Assisting with recruitment and onboarding administration processes.
* Inputting and maintaining accurate data in systems and spreadsheets.
* Tracking incoming and outgoing communications for the project.
* Responding to queries with established information.
* Use exceptional attention to detail to ensure quality records management.


About You

* Experience in human resources is desirable
* Experience in administration working in fast-paced team environments
* Intermediate competency with Microsoft Outlook Excel Word
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
* Highly effective time management workload prioritisation and planning skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
