About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Office and Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Zone Medical Pty Ltd in Ormeau, Queensland. This is a part-time position that may progress to a full-time position that will see you providing essential administrative and operational support to our business.
What you'll be doing
* Performing a range of general office duties, including bookkeeping, data entry, answering phones and completing tasks to support other staff.
* Assisting with the receipt, storage and distribution of inventory and supplies
* Providing support to the Warehouse Manager with inventory management and stock control
* Coordinating the occasional delivery and pickup of goods to and from the warehouse
* Maintaining a tidy and organised workspace
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
* Competent in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office and smiliar applications.
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* A current driver's licence and the ability to lift moderate weights
