About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Mornington Central Store. This is a part‐time hours per week.
Responsibilities
* You support the team by creating positive, respectful and empowering customer experiences
* You assist with training and development to help the team deliver on store budgets and KPIs
* You support the setup and maintenance of in‐store displays (visual merchandising)
* You assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day‐to‐day store operations
* You collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and additional tasks as required
