Hours: Casual | 15–25 hours per week (weekend work required)
Coral Tree Lodge Tourist Park is seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Guest Services Agent to join our team. About The Role
As a Guest Services Agent you will be a key point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors. You will support the day‑to‑day operations of the community, delivering outstanding customer service while managing essential administrative and financial tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Front Desk Operations
Warmly welcome residents, visitors, and contractors to the communityManage check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy and professionalismRespond promptly and courteously to enquiries and service requests
Administration & Office Support
Assist the Park Manager with emails, document management, and schedulingProcess bookings, reservations, and cancellationsMaintain office supplies and a tidy, professional reception areaCoordinate notices, announcements, and internal communications
Financial Transactions & Cash Handling
Process payments via cash, EFTPOS, and credit cardComplete daily cash reconciliations and balance tillsPrepare financial reports and highlight discrepanciesEnsure all processes align with company financial policies
Compliance & Safety
Follow all workplace health and safety requirementsReport incidents, hazards, and risks promptlyMaintain confidentiality of resident and financial informationAssist with emergency procedures including fire drills and evacuations
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or front‑desk operationsStrong accuracy and reliability with cash handling and financial processesAbility to multitask and stay organised in a busy environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and booking systemsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
