The CBA technology unit delivers the best digital banking services to Commonwealth Bank customers and to do so is responsible for digital delivery, group data and analytics, technology and technology infrastructure, cyber, fraud, physical security and business resilience for all divisions across CBA. It is also dedicated to delivering the best workplace technology experience for our over 53,000 people across CBA and focused on providing the latest tools, technology, and resources to enhance the way we work together and empower our people to achieve more for our customers. You'll be part of driven engineers in the End User Experience – Collaboration Team that provide full expertise in AI, Power Platform, SharePoint and business automation.
We're interested in hearing from people who:
* Have a track record in enabling enterprise AI capabilities (such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT or alike), including helping establish safe and scalable foundations for adoption, producing design and security documentation, supporting rollout of new capabilities, and providing ongoing operational support once services are rolled out.
* Bring the technical capability to build and support agent‐based solutions, while guiding users and engineering teams through the agent creation journey from design and governance through to rollout and BAU support.
* Have strong experience delivering enterprise solutions across Power Platform and SharePoint in complex, regulated environments.
* Experience working across APIs, cloud integrations, scripting, and automation, with a solid understanding of platform governance, lifecycle management, and support practices for collaboration, automation, and AI‐enabled services.
* Can work closely with product owners, engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders to provide technical guidance, align priorities, and support successful delivery.
* Bring strong communication and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to work independently while driving outcomes collaboratively.
* Have a strong risk mindset and understand the importance of secure, well‐governed technology services in a large enterprise environment.
* Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and experience contributing within collaborative, delivery‐focused engineering teams.
