Your holistic approach will help clients regain their functional performance and support a successful recovery journey. Working in a fast-paced environment aligned with core values of quality, customer service, outcomes, and teamwork, your main responsibilities will include: Managing cases and coordinating rehabilitation services Conducting worksite assessments and identifying return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery milestones Applying clinical expertise and injury management knowledge to perform assessments and facilitate client recovery Engaging with stakeholders such as insurance providers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees Developing personalised, whole-of-person rehabilitation plans Implementing effective early intervention strategies Presenting case information and credible recommendations to stakeholders to support positive outcomes What You Need to Succeed A tertiary qualification and current registration with a relevant professional body (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, or Rehabilitation Counselling) Full Australian working rights Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle Ready to take the next step in your career?
