The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst with strong retail domain experience, specifically working with Supplier Portals and related enterprise platforms.
This role is Melbourne-based and requires three days per week onsite, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end manual testing across supplier portal and retail systems
* Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
* Validate supplier workflows including onboarding, orders, pricing, invoicing, and integrations
* Work closely with business users, vendors, and development teams
* Identify, log, manage, and retest defects through to closure
* Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities
* Provide clear test status updates and risk reporting
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a
Senior Test Analyst
* Strong
retail domain experience
* Hands-on experience testing
Supplier Portals
or similar B2B platforms
* Solid understanding of
SDLC, STLC, SIT, and UAT
* Experience working in
Agile delivery environments
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience working in complex enterprise environments
Desirable (not mandatory):
* API testing exposure
* Data validation or reconciliation experience
* Experience working with third-party vendors or suppliers
