We are looking to hire a full-time Pro Audio Sales Consultant for our Derringers City store. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail sales experience, who’s confident with pro audio gear. 
What we’re looking for 
- Someone with at least 3 years experience in retail sales (please include that work in your CV!) 
- Full time (5 shifts per week) availability - we trade on Saturdays so availability then is key to the role too. 
- A team player who’s adaptable, friendly, and passionate about helping customers find the right gear.

Regular Duties Include 
- Provide extraordinary customer service that is friendly, positive, genuine, and knowledgeable, with a focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. 
- Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external stakeholders 
- Managing all aspects of sales from planning & preparation, handling enquiries, consultation & building rapport, demonstration and product & service pitch, negotiations, closing sale and after sales support. 
- Active involvement in day-to-day store procedures 
- Working to individual and team goals, targets, and deadlines (financial or otherwise) 
- Participate and contribute to crew meetings, product training & professional development as required 
Essential Skills and Experience Required 
- Retail experience, with highly developed skills in sales and customer service 
- Experience with and knowledge Pro Audio gear that we can expand on. 
- Full time availability
