National Networks Plus (NNP) is a not‐for‐profit staffing agency delivering workforce services across Australia. We are expanding our staffing pools in the Townsville area and are looking for a Youth Worker to support our client base.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with the people you support.
• Follow established care plans.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
• Respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and collaborating with appropriate authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments, and program outcomes.
• Work positively and collaborate with team members to ensure the highest care and support provided.

• Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or other relevant field (e.g., Disability, Mental Health etc.) – or working toward.
• Hope & Healing Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
• Current (paid) Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain).
• Recent and minimum 6 months experience in a youth residential setting.
• Two professional supervisor references.
• Unrestricted Australian Driver's License.
• Comprehensive car insurance (or willingness to obtain).
