Your Responsibilities:
* Be the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage of the project and be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homes.
* Manage the overall site performance of our home construction process.
* Partner with your Construction Manager and review each job on Clickhomes platform, providing support as needed.
* Maximise site production by ensuring subcontractor trade availability.
* Schedule and meet trades on site.
* Proactively resolve build issues and liaise with clients.
* Continuously review building practices and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with established cost and project management practices.
* Foster a positive culture where customer service and teamwork are paramount.
* Ensure build qualities are maintained to the highest standard.
* Hand over customer keys and settlement packs.

The Successful Candidate:
* Will have experience as a Site Manager within the residential building industry.
* Have strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS, and QA systems.
* Experience developing and managing networks, especially with trades.
* Have a customer-focused approach with exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Be well-versed in new home contracts.
* Ability to communicate professionally, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Have high attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks.
