Administration Assistant Trainee
This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals with a career aspiration in human resources and who are either participating in accredited training or desire to.
The position involves providing client and receptionist services, dealing with telephone and front counter enquiries and monitoring, screening and redirecting emails. Routine administration tasks, as well as record and information management to support the People & Culture department, will also be conducted.
Additionally, stationery purchasing and distribution, ensuring stock is readily available, will be a responsibility. Supporting the wider team with project work and participating in professional development opportunities are also essential duties.
