* Lead project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring alignment with scope and timelines
* Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
* Monitor and report on financial performance, including monthly forecasting and budget assessments
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
* Oversee coordination of staff, subcontractors, procurement, and equipment to meet project objectives
* Provide guidance, training, and performance management to team members, fostering a high-performing workforce
Requirements
* Experience managing civil subdivision projects
* Strong knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage & utilities
* Skilled in planning, budgeting & team coordination
* Excellent communication & stakeholder management
* Safety-focused with relevant industry cards & licences
