As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking a driven and commercially astute National Account Manager to join the team.
About the Role
As the National Account Manager, you will take ownership of a broad and diverse portfolio, driving growth across multiple categories and supporting key retail partners. With a high SKU range and strong market presence, you will play a crucial role in shaping strategy, influencing stakeholders, and delivering profitable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans, including JBP creation and trading terms negotiations.
• Managing customer analytics and leveraging insights to strengthen category performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive visibility, share of shelf, and commercial results.
This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working across complex retail landscapes, and is confident in influencing at all levels.
Skills and Experience
To succeed, you will bring:
• 3+ years' experience within FMCG, consumer electronics, consumer goods, or a related product-based industry.
• Proven success managing major national retailers.
• Experience working with retailers such as Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks, Target, Kmart or Bunnings.
• Strong commercial acumen, data confidence, and the ability to manage high SKU volumes.
