Role
In the role of Agribusiness Manager 1, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness Team that's doubling down on winning together
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of Agribusiness customers
* Provide tailored financial solutions to farmers and regional customers
* Build strong, long-term relationships across the community
* Identify opportunities to add value and drive sustainable growth
* Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of the Agribusiness sector and regional markets within Banking and Finance
* Experience in relationship management and financial solutions
* A commercial mindset with a passion for helping businesses thrive
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Commitment to delivering customer-first experience
