My Word Health is looking for a Receptionist/Administration Officer to join our fast growing and close-knit team in Albury.
The role will be between 22.5 hours per week. Hours will be 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Days worked would ideally be between Mondays and Thursdays.

Role of a Receptionist/Administration Officer
* Welcome clients to our clinic and manage their appointments
* Respond to general enquiries via phone and email
* Liaise with external parties, such as health professionals and schools, to assist with providing high-quality client care
* Foster a positive, client-oriented culture that is evident by excellent customer service and client care
* Assist with invoicing and sales of stock
* Maintain a clean and tidy office environment
Skills & Experience
* Current NSW and VIC Working With Children Check
* Valid National Police Check
* NDIS mandatory worker training certificate
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Professional, warm and empathetic approach to staff and clients
* Minimum 12 months reception/administration ideal
