We're hiring full-time a Customer Experience Specialist in the Albury region.
You'll be based at one of the main hubs in Lavington, Albury or Wodonga Place, with the flexibility to occasionally support nearby locations when needed.
The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:50am to 5:10pm.
No weekends.

This is a face-to-face customer service role inside a local, community-focused bank.
You'll be the person customers turn to when they need help with their accounts, booking a loan appointment, dealing with something sensitive like a bereavement or figuring out if a transaction looks off.

You don't need to have worked in a bank before.
If you've got strong admin skills, good customer instincts and the ability to stay calm when things get busy, you'll pick this up quickly.
Being organised helps.

You'll get proper training and support from the start.
