We're seeking a skilled and experienced Truck / Hydraulic Mechanic to join our team, ensuring the reliability and peak performance of our specialised concrete pumping fleet. Based at our Acacia Ridge equipment storage yard (when on-site), you'll be servicing SEQ & NSW projects.

The role
This is a critical, hands-on role based primarily at our depot, with some requirement for on-site support across our projects.
* Diagnos e, repair & undertake preventative maintenance & prep for concrete pumps, placing booms, tower sections & accessories, incl uding mechanical, hydraulic & electrical systems
* Plan & execute scheduled services, inspections & statutory certifications; maintain compliant maintenance records & asset historie s
* Troubleshoot & coordinate rapid response for on-site breakdowns, minimising downtim e
* Manage parts inventory, procurement & rebuilds (boom sections, pumps, valves, wear parts); control costs & warranty claims
* Collaborate with operations to schedule equipment, pre-pour readiness checks & commissioning/decommissioning of placing booms
What are we looking for
* Mechanical Trade qualificatio n
* Experience with Hydraulic system s
* Forklift
* Wiling to work at heights
* Safety minded, calm under pressure & able to perform safely in urgent situations
* Positive person who enjoys being part of a high-performing team
Preferred but not essential
* Electrical qualification
* Experience with Concrete Pumps
* Major mechanical component refurbishmen t
* Experience with High & Low Voltage electrical systems
* High Risk Licences, eg Placing Boom, Basic Rigger, Slewing Crane
