Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of treatments including facials body therapies aromatherapy and deep tissue massages and other signature Spa offerings always ensuring each guest feels nurtured and rejuvenated.
Collaborate seamlessly with fellow therapists practitioners receptionists and hotel colleagues to create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Maintain the highest standards of personal guest and colleague safety at all times.
Establish genuine rapport with guests creating personalised experiences that foster loyalty and lasting relationships.
Continuously expand your understanding of treatments wellness journeys and promotions to provide informed and tailored recommendations.
Offer thoughtful guidance on lifestyle practices and home care products (retail) based on detailed consultations and observations.
Utilise Spa software to manage appointments guest profiles and treatment histories ensuring personalised service every time.
Keep guest preferences and relevant medical information up to date for seamless tailored experiences.
Maintain fluid and proactive communication with the Lead Therapist and Spa Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Be aware of how other hotel departments integrate with Spa operations supporting an exceptional overall guest journey.
Qualifications
Must hold at least a Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field.
Ability to work at least one weekend day and adapt to a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Highly driven with a genuine love for wellness and exceptional attention to detail in every treatment.
Previous experience in a similar spa or luxury wellness environment delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Strong interpersonal skills to connect with guests and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues.
Always present yourself with poise and elegance proudly representing the Sofitel brand.
