HSQC Partners currently have a requirement for a Client Services Administrator, working with a dedicated team accounting professionals in the heart of Wagga Wagga. The right candidate will be willing to take ownership of key operational tasks support the team and assist the companies' clients. The right candidate will have a friendly and welcoming client-focused attitude, great communication skills and the ability to manage their workload and see through to completion.

Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to staff and clients
* Collate and organise client documents and data for review
* Manage client communications via phone and email
* Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient time management
* Prepare, organise, and file client documentation and reports
* Assist with invoicing, data entry, and electronic filing
* Ensure client records are accurate and comply with privacy standards
* Follow up with clients for missing information
* Prepare and send documents to clients and banks
* Organise payment plans with the ATO
* Track job progress and ensure timely completion
* Collaborate with staff to address client inquiries and needs
* Undertake training of new systems and tasks (e.g., SGC super, workers comp)
Experience and Skills required:
* Experience in administration
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of Xero, MYOB and similar accounting software packages (desirable)
* Experience working with accountants and/or a basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices (desirable)
* Strong time management skills, initiative and effective problem-solving capabilities
* High attention to detail
* A current driver's license
