We're searching for a reliable individual with a positive attitude to join our Operations team based in Lonsdale, SA.
This is a Permanent, full time secure role with the opportunity to be a part of our team at Southern Waste ResourceCo.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Ensuring Daily / Weekly / Monthly site objectives are met.
* Pre-start machines & assist with Plant Maintenance when required.
* Process/manage incoming waste streams.
* Loading out material into trucks.
* Maintaining site productivity
* Ensure all daily log sheets are completed and all checks have been carried out to keep accurate and complete records of daily activities.
* Foster and promote safe working behaviours and display a commitment to ResourceCo's safety standard and OHS requirements at all times.
* Effective communication with customers and working well in a team environment.
* Having the flexibility to undertake/assist in any task within skill range.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Waste Management experience preferred but not essential
* Experience in operating heavy equipment – Material Handler or Excavator & Loader
* Excavator & Loader tickets are essential
* Previous leadership role preferred but not essential
* Sound organisational and planning skills.
* Self-motivated, and have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
* White Card.
