Executive Manager Role
As a key member of the Group Audit team, you will engage directly with business units and other home teams. You will oversee a portfolio of independent reviews of control frameworks, systems, policies and procedures across the Westpac Group.
Your key accountabilities include:
* Cyber Risk Auditing Capability: Enhance GA's Cyber Risk auditing capability, coordinating with 1LOD and 2LOD assurance teams.
* Quarterly Reports: Identify insights from within your portfolio to inform messages reported to the Westpac Group Board Audit & Risk Committees.
* Portfolio Monitoring: Continuously monitor portfolio developments, activities, issue management, emerging risks or concerns. Influence GA's drive to enhance continuous monitoring and reporting.
* Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts across technology, compliance, and data risk.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Tech and Cyber Risk Experience: Extensive years of technology and cyber risk management experience, preferably in audit, risk, assurance, first line, or consulting.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with APRA and global guidelines on technology and cyber risk management, including CPS234 and Privacy Principles.
* Enterprise Technology Frameworks: Understanding of enterprise technology and cyber risk management frameworks, policies, standards, governance metrics, oversight, reporting, and associated implementation risks.
* Leadership Skills: Proven team leadership, coaching, and staff development experience, with the ability to solve complex problems and identify root causes of issues.
* Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication, influencing, project management, issues and audit report writing, collaboration, and relationship building.
