About You
* Extensive experience in nursing and midwifery recruitment at an agency or health service setting.
* Commercial skills in being able to close assignments and manage a placement from intake, credentialling, placement and invoicing, while assisting candidates and clients every step of the way.
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a dedicated work ethic.
* Exceptional communication skills and confidence in communicating with nurses and midwives, and with health service clients.
* Professional presentation - in the office and always ready to liaise with candidates and clients.
* Time management skills with the ability to manage successfully competing priorities.
* The ability to develop and maintain trusting long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
* A solutions-based and hands on approach with the focus to getting the job done to a complete and high standard.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Working with our established candidate and client base, placing nurses and midwives in temp/locum, contract, and permanent roles across Australia.
* Liaising with nurses, midwives, and client health services.
* Sourcing candidates and vacancies, and helping to get candidates placement ready.
* Using our in-house technology platform and placement management system to manage your work and placements.
* Working with your team members to get the most productive outcomes.
