About the Role The WHS Supervisor will implement, develop, and oversee risk management and Work Health & Safety (WHS) programs across multiple locations. You will promote a safety-first culture, conduct audits and investigations, and ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand WHS legislation, while collaborating with senior management to maintain safe and compliant operations. What You'll Do Develop and implement WHS and risk management programs across regional sites Provide technical advice on WHS legislation and best practice Conduct audits, investigations, and due diligence reporting Develop and deliver training programs to managers and staff Maintain up-to-date risk management manuals, records, and reports Support operations teams with compliance requirements, regulatory inspections, and incident prevention initiatives Lead Safety Month programs and regional safety initiatives About You Completed graduate study in risk, safety, or related fields Minimum 3 years' experience in a WHS, safety, or risk management role within retail, warehouse, distribution, or FMCG environments Strong knowledge of Australian & New Zealand WHS legislation and compliance standards Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working across multiple sites with regional travel Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with AS400, Employee Central, or similar HRIS systems a plus Current driver's licence Why This Role Join a large, respected retail and wholesale business where you can make a real impact on safety culture across multiple locations Collaborative, supportive work environment Career growth opportunities in WHS and risk management within a head office role To apply online, please click on the apply button.
