What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be part of a dynamic field crew working across Water treatment plants and or similar, helping to maintain public assets and manage bushfire risks. No two days are the same
* Mowing, brush cutting & slashing grassed areas
* Tree & shrub pruning, weed control & garden bed care
* Bushfire safety work – maintaining clear zones and firebreaks
* Removing debris, litter and organic waste from work sites
* Safe chemical handling (herbicide use – full training provided)
* Operating and maintaining machinery and hand tools
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or similar (preferred)
* Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all conditions
* Current Driver's Licence (manual) – essential
* White Card (Construction Induction) – or willing to obtain
* Chainsaw or chemical spray tickets (highly regarded)
* Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
