You'll collaborate with Business Consultants, Senior Technical Consultants and Project Managers to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This role reports to the Regional Services Director and does not include people management responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver technical components of implementation projects, including installations, upgrades, migrations and integrations.
* Install and configure Objective software across customer environments, ensuring systems are stable, secure and aligned to solution design.
* Design and execute data migrations, including developing and testing migration scripts and validating results.
* Configure integrations with third-party systems using APIs and web services.
* Develop and test customisations where required using the Objective SDK to meet customer needs.
* Support testing, UAT and go-live, working closely with project teams and customers to ensure a smooth deployment.
* Provide technical consulting and troubleshooting support including system health checks, tuning and problem resolution.
* Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and reusable components across the consulting team.
What You'll Bring
* Experience implementing or deploying enterprise software solutions in customer environments.
* Strong SQL and database knowledge (SQL Server or Oracle).
* Exposure to programming languages such as .NET, Java or C/C++.
* Experience with API integrations, system configuration or data migrations.
* Familiarity with Windows server environments (experience with Unix/Solaris is beneficial).
* Experience working in project-based delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Confidence working directly with customers and technical stakeholders.
If you do not tick every box, do not let that stop you. We value potential, learning agility, and diverse perspectives just as much as experience, and we encourage you to apply.
