A key element of our courses is the practical experience we offer, with ample opportunity to teach the public - 'real, live students' - not just practicing on your fellow trainees.Trainees receive their first experience of teaching the public just a short way into the course, and by the end of the course, have been involved in teaching at least 12 hours of open public classes.Within this context of practical experience, a big focus for us at Byron Yoga Centre is teaching you to teach safely.
