About You:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a HR Business Partner or advisory role; hospitality experience highly regarded
* Strong knowledge of Australian HR/IR legislation
* High-level communication skills, both written and verbal, including report writing
* Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment
