Key Responsibilities
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage product displays.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product recommendations.
- Supervise, train, and support retail staff to deliver consistent service.
- Negotiate with suppliers, review costs, and ensure accurate pricing.
- Plan and implement promotions and manage clearance stock.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or supermarket operations.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to monitor sales, analyze costs, and support pricing strategies.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
