Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships within your specialist industry
Drive business development and identify new growth opportunities
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across permanent and contract positions
Mentor and support junior consultants where appropriate
Deliver exceptional service and market insight to both clients and candidates
Contribute to the continued growth and success of Stellar’s national business
