The Opportunity
We are inviting Expressions of Interest from passionate and customer‑focused Customer Service Officers who would like to be considered for current and future permanent opportunities across our Townsville sites .
Sites:
AMA Collision Townsville - Mount St John
AMA Collision Mackley St - Garbutt
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers while providing vital administrative support to our teams and leaders, ensuring a smooth and positive repair experience.
Typical role details may include:
* Permanent, full‑time positions
* Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
* Standard business hours (e.g. 8:00am – 4:30pm)
Key Responsibilities
* Create a welcoming and customer‑focused environment
* Greet customers and assist with enquiries
* Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including expected completion dates
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
* Manage phone and email correspondence
* Support management with inventory control (parts, paint, consumables)
* Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
About You
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Professional, personable, and confident in building relationships
* Strong computer skills and experience using business systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
