Do work that matters As Team Manager, you will lead a team of high-performing Account Managers across three NSW portfolios. Reporting directly to an Executive Manager and working closely with two others, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, building team capability, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. Your deep understanding of account management and transaction banking processes will be essential, not only to guide your team but to step in and support delivery when needed. More specifically, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, driving high-quality service that enhances client satisfaction and contributes to NPS. Oversee monthly DQ Portal reviews, ensuring all items are actioned within required timeframes Use RiskInSite to manage operational risk and compliance incidents by logging events, analysing root causes, implementing corrective actions, and documenting lessons learned. Conduct regular Identity.CBA/RequestIT access reviews and attestations for all direct reports. Lead recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Review the CAA register monthly to ensure direct reports complete the annual reaccreditation before CAA expires. Act as the point of contact for change in policy, procedures, and the CCL/FA Pathway. Perform EM Assurance (A360) Y Indicator checks semi-annually. Participate in the RBS Holding Portfolio rotation, managing the portfolio on a monthly basis. Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and strategic goals. Bring solid experience in a similar role, with a strong risk mindset, a deep understanding of account management processes and with experience in property development and investment facilities an advantage.
