PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION Support and grow adidas’ digital wholesale business with THE ICONIC by combining account management and digital commerce expertise. This role balances commercial accountability with executional excellence — driving sell-through, strengthening buyer partnerships, and maximizing adidas’ digital presence. You’ll manage Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) initiatives, support seasonal sell-in, and deliver insights that improve both partner performance and consumer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Account Management & Commercial Ownership Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for THE ICONIC, managing buyer relationships and operational needs. Take ownership of sales and profit delivery for your category. Contribute to seasonal sell-in through forecasting, performance reviews, presentations, and product education. Digital Commerce Execution Manage the rollout of global and regional DPC initiatives, adapting execution to THE ICONIC’s business needs. Conduct digital audits and translate insights into actionable Joint Business Plans. Provide strategic input to improve visibility, conversion, and the overall consumer journey. Monitor and interpret digital KPIs (CTR, PDP views, CVR, ATC, ROAS) to identify risks and growth opportunities. Collaboration & Best Practice Sharing Collaborate with Planning, Brand Activation, Digital Wholesale, and DTC teams across PAC. Share insights and learnings across the regional Digital Wholesale network. Represent adidas as a digital commerce expert in partner discussions. KPIs Delivery of sales and profit targets. Continuous improvement in digital KPIs (conversion, availability, ROAS). Accurate, consistent product content and premium brand presentation. Stronger ICONIC partnership, reflected in sell-through and engagement growth. KEY RELATIONSHIPS External: THE ICONIC buying, digital, and merchandising teams. Internal: Key Account, Digital Wholesale (DPC), Planning, Finance, and Brand Activation teams. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Strong commercial acumen with proven sales delivery. Excellent relationship management and influencing skills. Solid grasp of digital KPIs and ability to use them to drive results. Analytical mindset and ability to analyse and identify trends based on data. Experience in sell-in and joint business planning with wholesale partners. Organized, proactive, detail-focused, with a growth and digital-first mindset. REQUISITE EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 4–5 years’ experience in Sales, eCommerce, or Digital roles with a strong wholesale/marketplace focus. Wholesale/marketplace account management experience (THE ICONIC preferred). Proven track record of driving growth through account management, digital execution, and performance optimization.
