About the role: We are searching for a Field Sales Representative to join our enthusiastic team, supporting and developing our business activities within Sydney, Metro areas. This is an opportunity to establish and grow your career, learn our winning formula and succeed within a fast-paced sales environment among a team of entrepreneurial salespeople. In this position your natural interest in seeking opportunities will be put to great use as you are set the task of researching and identifying commercial opportunities for LIQUI MOLY within the professional buyer segment. Equally your strong time management together with your ability to build and maintaining relationships with be put to great use while regularly supporting existing accounts and retail stores to expand the use and advocacy of LIQUI MOLY products. Further your demonstrated track record of being customer focused, the ability to follow a structured call cycle, combined with your energy and motivation to learn, progress and build a professional sales career You will have successful in this role you will need to earn trust fast with your clients, act urgently, establish new ways of finding leads, and put effort in to get results. Some interstate travel may be required. About you: You will preferably have experience within Automotive retail sales, mechanical repairs or on-the-road account management. You will be excited by the idea of jumping right in, building trust and respect, creating new leads and positively impacting the combined success of your team Enjoy taking part in sponsorship events from time to time. You can perform within a structured sales environment, stay focused and accountable for your time. You thrive on getting things done! Solutions focused and looks to always achieve customer satisfaction. This includes being organised, punctual, listening, and following up. You can ask relevant and thoughtful questions, relate to your customer, and can develop a plan to find new opportunities. You are confident with cold calls, can build trust and always look to maintain long lasting connections. You have a pre-existing knowledge of cars and strong desire to learn more.
