What You'll Do
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to clients with complex needs
* Assist with personal care, meal prep, daily living, and community activities
* Help clients grow their independence and confidence
* Manage behaviours of concern with professionalism, patience, and heart
* Keep clear records and communicate effectively with families and teams
What You'll Bring
* At least 1 year of experience in disability support
* Certificate III or IV in Disability (or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of behaviour support plans
* A calm, compassionate nature and great communication skills
* Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, Police Check, Driver's License, and reliable car
* Medication Assistance Certificate
Bonus points if you know Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles or have residential/community experience
