Governance Manager Role
As a Governance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring strong governance across the organisation by managing board and committee meeting cycles, coordinating compliance processes, and overseeing key governance frameworks.
About the Position
This is an opportunity to join our team as a Governance Manager where you will play a crucial role in maintaining statutory registers and governing documents in collaboration with Legal.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of Board, Committee, SteerCo, and AGM meeting cycles, including planning, preparation, and execution.
* Coordinate compliance processes, review governance frameworks, and manage policy compliance processes and reporting.
* Maintain insurance records, lead annual insurance renewals, and prepare reports for the Board and Risk & Compliance Committees.
What We Are Looking For
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in governance, corporate administration, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of board and committee processes, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* The ability to influence stakeholders, deliver under pressure, and work collaboratively with the team.
* Tertiary qualification in a related field preferred; para-legal or accounting experience desirable.
