Key job responsibilities
* Partnering with Account Management teams to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenue growth
* Working with customers and AWS partners to identify and lead proof of concept engagements and develop new and innovative solutions
* Partnering with AWS Solutions Architecture resources in design, Proof of Concept (POC), pricing, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and delivery activities
* Collaborating with AWS professional Services to implement solutions and packaged offerings
* Conducting executive workshops with industry leaders
* Participating in and representing AWS in key industry associations and events
Basic Qualifications
* 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
* 7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
* 7+ years of professional or military experience
* Experience writing technical articles, speaking at technology conferences, and contributing to open source
* Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA
* Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency
* Knowledge of software as a service or other cloud‐based technologies
