The Opportunity
As Care Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role within a well-run facility, working closely with an experienced Facility Manager and supported by a second Care Manager, ensuring high-quality clinical care and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities
* Oversee clinical care delivery and ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards
* Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team
* Drive quality improvement and clinical governance
* Manage care plans, assessments, and resident outcomes
* Support a positive, high-performing team culture
About You
* AHPRA Registered Nurse (essential)
* Experience in aged care leadership (CM / CCC / Senior RN)
* Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of compliance
* Passionate about delivering high-quality care and leading teams
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
