We are currently looking for a Estimator with a talent in crunching numbers, negotiating contract pricing, completing accurate takeoffs.
Responsibilities:
* Complete Accurate Construction Takeoffs
* Analyse Architectural & Engineering Documentation
* Produce Accurate Estimation Reports & Purchase Orders
* Managing and Negotiating Quote Submissions
* Developing Strong Connections with Supplier and Contractor Base
Your Qualities:
* Experience in a Similar Role Required
* Willingness to Learn and Grow with the Company
* Strong People Skills
* Passionate About Estimating and Construction
* Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills with the Ability to Negotiate
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Current Drivers License
* Australian Citizen or Valid Right to Work
