To foster growth and extend our service offerings and reach, we expect our employees to actively promote all brands and products associated with Bright & Duggan.Description:Strata Assistants play a pivotal role within the business, assisting a Strata Manager manage resources across a portfolio of strata buildings, both residential and commercial, with the primary purpose of ensuring owners' corporations are complying with relevant legislation. The role is administratively intensive, and you will interact with customers on the phone and occasionally face to face. This is a training role, preferably working towards becoming a Strata Manager.About the Role:Assist with overall management of a portfolio, including and not limited to obtaining quotes, sending correspondence, general accounting, budgeting, attending and chairing meetings, contract management and communicating with all stakeholders.Preparation of body corporate and sub-committee meeting notices, minutes and other documentation. Liaising with various groups such as Strata Committee members, owners, real estate agents, solicitors, contractors and any other relevant body to assist with queries, requests and conflict resolution, to ensure relations are professionally maintained for every owners corporation.Provide advice (where appropriate or directed by the Strata Manager) and service to clients based on accurate analysis of a wide range of real and perceived concerns about property and other issues.Availability and eagerness to attend meetings with your allocated Strata Managers regularly.Deal promptly with phone, email and any other written communications to maintain a high service of professionalism.Build and maintain business relationships with clients and suppliers through customer focus that will enhance the reputation of the organisation.This is a predominantly office-based position and admin intensive role looking after everything from agendas, minutes, keys and general correspondence.
